founded in 2020 by Arvind Parthasarathi
CYGNVS was founded in 2020 by Arvind Parthasarathi, an entrepreneur with over 20 years of technology experience in Silicon Valley. Before founding CYGNVS, Arvind founded CyberCrossroads, a not-for-profit research collaborative that spanned researchers from nine different universities globally including Stanford, MIT, Oxford, the London School of Economics, and the University of Tokyo, to develop a standard of care in processes for cyber security.
Out of that research, it was clear that most of the world’s organizations were not prepared for a cyber crisis. That work led to the founding of CYGNVS, a SaaS technology company with the mission to help organizations prepare for an inevitable cyber crisis.
CYGNVS has raised $55 million in Series A funding led by Andreessen Horowitz, with EOS Venture Partners and Stone Point Ventures.

Silicon Valley, California, with offices in Ireland, Canada, and India.
